SA Kirin Adoptables

RULES.
    - Applicants must be current Starborn-Alignment members
    - If the winning applicant leaves SA, the design remains with the group and will be redistributed to another member.
    - You may not sell the design under any circumstances.
    - Winning applicants must be active with their character, submitting at least one (1) art, literature, or roleplay piece per month, with an exception given to the rare hiatus.
    - Failure to meet the activity requirement will result in character retirement and repossession of the design.
    - Admins, Mods, and Members who already possess a kirin can not apply.
    - You do not have to have an open character slot; these characters come with a Sapphire Statue.

RESTRICTIONS.
    - No Aodh applications
    - No Vagabond applications
    - Characters must be 25+ of age

Q: What will their rank be?
    A: Outsider. Your kirin must earn their place in their new herd!
